Question: I downloaded photos as a zip, but when I open it, I’m seeing this error. What does this mean?

Answer: Due to system upgrades, links for all previously created image zips will expire Friday, September 1st, 2017. You can simply download those photos again following this date. This will create a new URL that will then last for a week.
