Why do I need different forms (instead of just a single one)?

Each form has a very specific role and types of information. Keeping these sets of information separate makes onboarding quicker, simpler, and easier to update in the long run. To onboard your school, you will only need 4 forms - User, Relationships, Groups, and Memberships.The other 2 forms (User Host ID and Group Host ID) are only required in case changes need to be made.

You should note that using these CSV forms is the most efficient and simplest way to set up your school, however, you can still add members individually to your organization and even batch-add members to each group using the Memberships List.
