If you have a separate backend data system such as Blackbaud, we strongly recommend you should first update Host IDs of all your existing Vidigami users.
By default, all existing staff and parent Host IDs will be their email address, this should be changed to match your third-party data system, for future on boarding and data sync.
You can update your members host ID's by first selecting Users tab in the Admin page.
In the year selector, select the all users option and then click on the Export User List
An email will be sent with a spreadsheet containing all the user information. In the sheet there is a Host ID column: assign each user the respective unique ID from your database.
Once you have updated Host IDs for all your existing members, you can start by using this data to complete your update host ID spreadsheet.
