Overview

The Vidigami 3.4.0.0 release addressed many important changes to the foundation of Vidigami, including scalability and performance improvements. With an improved data structure, we have also simplified the steps and processes necessary to get our schools ‘onboarded and using Vidigami much quicker! Finally, based on the feedback of our current schools, we now allow school administrators to manage their own users right from within the Vidigami interface.

 

What’s New?

 
  • The Enrollments page for school administrators displays a list of onboarded users per school year.
  • School administrators can filter the Users in the Enrollments page based on User Type, Role, Activation Status, Graduation Year and Group memberships.
  • School administrators can batch add users to one or more Groups from the Enrollments page.
  • Administrators can change any members’ role within the system from the Enrollments page.
  • Administrators and Managers can now turn on the “Make Groups Private” setting to collaborate on albums with the members privately.
  • Parents, Students and Faculty can now pick their favorite photos from Vidigami and create personalized Albums called ‘Sets’!

Bug Fixes

 
  • Login ID now appears in User Preferences.
  • On-hover over dropdown menu in Albums and Photos pane now changes text color.
  • Saving issue in Album approval in the Groups Setting page is fixed.
  • Staff names now correctly appear for Tagging.
  • Uncaught error resulting in side bar not loading is fixed.
